Refund Policy – On Wine Club Purchases

This refund policy does not apply to wine tours and wine tourism, only to wine club events and wine purchases.

Details of the events and wines may be subject to change due to current state of emergency rules. If public spaces open by May 31st, we may offer an optional live tasting in person event (Additional fee to cover snacks and venue) – we will stream the live event if that happens.

If you decide you don’t want the wines or to attend and you do not meet the requirements for a full refund below, you can transfer your purchase to a friend and get them to fill out the above form so we can deliver to them instead.

Full refunds if:

  • We cancel the event and do not deliver your wines
  • We fail to deliver your wines in time for the event due to our fault – not due to state of emergency changes
  • If event is cancelled because we get less than 20 purchases, we offer a full refund.

No Refund If:

  • We deliver your wines but you miss the live events or don’t enjoy the wines.
  • You decide to cancel your order (Please transfer your order to a friend instead). Though We will consider refunds in some cases if request is made at least 4 days before the closing date (May 23rd) and we manage to sell your box to someone else.
  • We have to make some changes to the wines provided in the box due to circumstances outside of our control.
  • Event is delayed due to state of emergency or other extreme circumstances, we will still get you your wine (as soon as we can, legally) and host the event at a later date.
