Tom Williams (WSET3 + Georgian Wine Specialist) is the founder of Eat This! Tours and your boots-on-the-ground wine broker in Georgia (the country). Tom has spent years exploring the country’s diverse wine regions, building close relationships with small & medium size producers, and sipping his way through countless qvevri cellars (maranis)—strictly for research, of course.
Originally from the UK, Tom now calls Georgia (Tbilisi) home and is passionate about connecting international buyers with authentic, export-ready wines that truly represent the soul of Georgian winemaking.
